Reservation Summary Emails

Reservation owners and delegates can now receive a confirmation email automatically upon creating a reservation. Each email includes three sections: the owner's contact details, full reservation information (including recurrence details, attendees, conference links, and buffer times), and a breakdown of any associated services organized by location.

You can also control which resource types trigger a summary email. At least one resource type (room, seat, parking, locker, or asset) must be enabled for emails to send. Delegate emails are only sent when the person creating the reservation is different from the owner, and include a note reflecting that context.

Reservation summary emails are configured under Settings > Reservations > Automatic Emails > Reservation Summary Emails.

The delegate email contains the same reservation details as the owner email. The screenshot above highlights only the header and footer, where the messaging differs from the Reservation Owner's email.

Location Column and Filter in Report Drilldowns

Report drilldown popups will now include a Location column and filter, making it easier to identify and sort results by office when viewing data across multiple locations. This applies to zone, room, seat, and occupant drilldowns across all reports.

The Location column and filter will only appear in drilldowns where data can span multiple locations. In single-location contexts, such as the Location Summary or Seat List reports, the column is omitted to keep the view clean.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue on mobile where presence status indicators were not displaying correctly in the Finder map view.
• Resolved an issue where reordering service form fields after adding or deleting a field would silently undo the previous change.
• Resolved issues with External Reference Code (ERC) fields in the reservation form and management screen, including improved loading behavior, more stable pagination, and better performance when searching for codes.
• Resolved an issue where applying a service template with 2+ service lists would fail to apply the template data.
• Resolved an issue where booking a future reservation for a seat via Finder > Resource Calendar would default to the current time rather than the correct start time for the selected date.
  • When quick-reserving a resource on a future date from the Finder map view, a new confirmation prompt now lets you choose between a full-day reservation or a partial-day reservation starting from the selected time.
