Features Added Ability to Print Task Details Enhanced Deep Linking for User-Specific Navigation Alerting for Expiring Microsoft Graph API Connections Consistent Styling and Branding for Emails Bug Fixes

Features Added

Ability to Print Task Details

You can now print details for any task directly from the Task Details pop-up. A new Print button sits in the top-right corner. It creates a clean PDF that includes that reservation's information, the task's data, the service data, and even the task's notes.

➡️ My Tasks > Task Details: Print

This gives you an easy way to save, share, or reference complete task summaries on paper or digitally. See the example PDF format below:

Enhanced Deep Linking for User-Specific Navigation

We have added support for deep linking directly to a specific user’s profile or assigned seat. These links can be created by adding parameters to your Maptician URL, such as a user's ID or email address, and these links can be easily shared with others in emails, calendars, or chat messages. See more in our help article below!

➡️ How do I create a link that ties directly to a specific resource or occupant?

Alerting for Expiring Microsoft Graph API Connections

Moving forward, whether you are updating your Graph API connection or creating a new one, the Secret Expiration date field will now be a required field when completing your Microsoft Graph API connection in Maptician. Additionally, we have added a new optional Expiration Notification Email field, which will allow you to enter a single email address to receive an alert from Maptician seven days before the expiration, prompting you to update the Secret ID and Secret Value on your Maptician Graph API connection to prevent any lapses in your connection.

Consistent Styling and Branding for Emails

All emails sent from Maptician now have a fresh, unified look and consistent branding. This covers emails from service list notifications, automated reports, visitor management notifications, general user management emails, and every other type of email we send. The only exception is reservation-specific emails triggered when a user creates, updates, or cancels a reservation on a non-synced resource.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved two issues in the Map Editor:
    • Stair and escalator labels no longer incorrectly display the stair count
    • Escalator rails now anchor properly to the escalator object
