Creating a New Service Template

Here are the steps for creating a service template:

  1. Open the reservation calendar for a resource and either edit an existing reservation or start a new one.
  2. Navigate to the Services tab and fill out the service data you want to save.
  3. Click the Save icon (shown below).
  1. Enter a name for your service template when prompted.

Applying a Service Template

Follow these steps to apply an existing service template:

  1. Open the reservation calendar for a resource and start a new reservation.
  2. Navigate to the Services tab and click the Select a Template dropdown.
  1. Choose the service template you want to apply.
  2. Click the Apply icon (shown below).

All the service data will be applied to this reservation!

Note:

  • If the reservation has multiple locations, a popup will appear, prompting you to select which resources you want to apply the service template to.
  • If the service template includes multiple services, you can toggle individual services on or off before applying them.

Updating/Overwriting a Service Template

Follow these steps to update the name or service data in an existing service template. You can also use this process to create a duplicate version of a service template with minor adjustments:

  1. Open the reservation calendar for a resource and start a new reservation.
  2. Navigate to the Services tab and click the Select a Template dropdown.
  1. Choose the service template you want to update or duplicate.
  2. Make the desired changes to the service data.
  3. Click the Save icon.
  1. You will then be prompted with two options.
    1. Update Selected Template: Overwrites the existing service template with the newly filled-out data. Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
    2. Create New Template: This creates a duplicate of the existing service template, incorporating the updated data as part of the new template.
