Before you Start
You must have Account Admin access to your Maptician environment.
Getting Started
To upload a logo to your Maptician application you will want to navigate to Settings > Organization > Logo. From there you will select the UPLOAD IMAGE button and select the image from your device. After you have uploaded your image you will click the SET IMAGE button.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when uploading your logo:
- We only support the following image file types: PNG, JPG, WEBP, and SVG.
- The maximum file size is 5 MB.
- After uploading an image, it may take up to 15 minutes to appear in the application.
- Uploaded images are compressed and converted to WEBP for faster loading, but are not automatically resized.
After Image Upload
After the logo image has been uploaded and set, the logo should appear through the application in these locations:

User login screen
- The logo might not be visible if the environment restricts users to SSO logins only.

Room Agenda login
- The Room Agenda signage application has its own separate logo uploader under Room Agenda Signage Options
- Lobby Signage login
- Meeting Room Signage login and application
- Visitor Signage login and application
- The Map Editor logo POI
