Running Visitor Signage

Select the Visitor Mgmt tab from the left-hand navigation bar and click on the VISITOR SIGNAGE tab located at the top of the screen.  This will display the Manage Visitor Signage page.

Permissions required to view this page are either Admin/Account Admin or users with “Facility Management” menu enabled and either “Group members have full access to all Facility Management features and content” or “Group members can manage Visitor Signage”.

On the Manage Visitor Signage page you will find the Login URL and User Name.

  • Login URL: Clicking this URL will automatically launch Visitor Signage in a new browser tab and automatically sign the device right in (this is a pre-authenticated URL so no entry of a User Name or Password is required).
  • User Name: This can be changed and a password can be created by clicking on the Visitor Signage Controls option at the top of the screen.  Creating a password is only necessary when logging directly into Visitor Management using the following URL format: https://yourcompanysubdomain.maptician.com/visitor-signage/
