Copy Reservations with their Services

When you copy a reservation to a new room or seat, the copy now automatically brings over the original reservation's services wherever they're offered at the new location, instead of leaving them behind for you to re-enter by hand.

The copy process now walks you through two clear steps. If a service isn't available at the new room or seat, you'll see a summary of what carried over and what didn't before continuing to the reservation form, and that summary can be printed so nothing gets lost while you fill in the rest.

Catch Mistakes in Map Assignments

The Assignments section now helps you catch mistakes before they happen. Placing someone onto a seat or flex shift that's already occupied shows a confirmation dialog naming both the current occupant and the person being placed, so accidental drag-and-drop reassignments don't go through unnoticed. The dialog shows each person's photo (or initials) and department, and you can check "Don't ask again this session" to skip it going forward; canceling, by any method, makes no change at all. Swapping, assigning to an empty seat, clearing an assignment, and reassigning someone to a seat they already hold work exactly as before.

Before you save, you'll also get a chance to review everything at once. Saving now brings up a Review changes before save screen showing exactly what's about to be applied, so you can catch anything before it's committed. Closing a map with unsaved changes brings up a similar Review unsaved changes screen, giving you the choice to discard your changes, save and close, or Continue Editing. Each row shows how the change happened and whether it was made in Default or Multi-Assign mode, with removals highlighted so risky changes are easy to catch.

Filter the Room Setup Worksheet by Service Type

The Room Setup Worksheet report now includes an optional Service Type filter, so you can scope the report to just the services your team cares about, like Catering or AV, instead of every reservation in the selected timeframe.

By default, the report still includes every reservation, with or without services, so nothing changes if you don't use the filter. When you do, you can choose All Service Types to see every reservation that has any service attached, or select one or more specific service types to narrow things further. If a location has multiple service lists sharing the same type, the report's existing Event Details filter still lets you focus on just one list.

This filter is also available when scheduling the Room Setup Worksheet as an automated report, so a recurring report can be limited to a specific service type.

Clearer File Names and Subject Lines for Scheduled Reports

Scheduled report emails now name the attached file and the subject line after the report's actual scope, its report type, office or location, and date range, instead of a generic name. This closely mirrors the naming you already see when exporting reports directly from the desktop app.

Bug Fixes

• Opening a map in Assignments immediately after saving it in Map Editor could cause the map to get stuck loading. Maps you've just saved now load normally right away when you switch over to Assignments.
• Added safeguards for reservations where the room itself is the Outlook organizer. You can no longer remove the organizing room when editing locations on a multi-room reservation, and canceling one of these reservations now properly releases the room in Outlook instead of leaving it appearing booked.
• Resolved an issue where drag-to-create reservations in the Resource Finder always snapped to a fixed one-hour or full-day block instead of matching the dragged time span.
• Resolved an issue where owner profile photos did not appear on owned reservable seats for non-admin users, so the photo now displays for anyone who can view the map.
