Maptician in Outlook — early access underway
Our Outlook add-in expands on our Outlook integration, bringing Maptician's reservation and service-request workflows directly into the Outlook calendar. From the task pane, you'll be able to select a location, add attendees, and configure services — creating and editing reservations, and multi-location bookings, without leaving Outlook. We have begun a limited, hands-on early-access period with a group of identified customers and will share more as it is ready for wider availability.

Floor-Level Presence Display
When your presence is confirmed at a specific floor, that floor and suite (if provided) now appear alongside your office name across the dashboard, directory, maps, presence reports, and mobile views, giving you a more precise picture of where someone is onsite. If a floor or suite has not been set for the map, the map name is used instead. Floor-level presence is available for entries submitted through Maptician's Presence API.
Presence reports now include dedicated floor, map, and suite columns, which appear whenever floor-level data is available and export cleanly as separate fields.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where creating a recurring reservation could fail with a generic error message even after adjusting the time to avoid a conflict. Conflict errors now clearly identify the conflicting reservation, including its room, date, and time.
- Resolved an issue where approving a room request and opening Finder to complete a reservation would not display the pending request or apply its filters, requiring the request details to be re-entered manually.
- Fixed an issue with attendee email suppression Calendar Sync settings where recurring reservations created before the recurring reservations release would incorrectly display the meeting room as the owner.
- Resolved an issue where the conflict indicator would not appear when creating a recurring reservation that conflicted with existing bookings, particularly for series spanning a daylight saving time change, leaving the conflict only discovered when the reservation was trying to be created.
