Groups Now Available

Looking for a simpler way to organize your users for permission management? With Groups, your organization can now group individual users, departments, external members, or users by their title into a single group specifically for configuring permission groups. Additionally, groups can be nested, allowing for more flexible permission configurations.

Note: At the moment, provisioning groups via Microsoft Entra is unavailable. This functionality will be available once it is integrated into Maptician's Microsoft Enterprise application.

Looking to use Groups for resource restrictions or other permissions beyond permission groups? Stay tuned for that functionality in a future release!


Manual Check-in for Visitors

Maptician users can now manually check in visitors via the desktop application. This feature is especially useful when a visitor loses their 6-digit check-in code or cannot locate their QR code, allowing for a quick and efficient check-in process.


Organizer Office Number in Room Setup Worksheet Report

The Organizer Office Number has been added as a new column in the Room Setup Worksheet report within the desktop application. Previously, only the organizer’s cell phone number was shown, but now both the cell and office phone numbers are included, providing a more complete contact view for reservation organizers.
