Features Added

Move Functionality in Finder View

We have added "move" functionality in the Finder view, allowing users to quickly and easily change the resource(s) associated with a reservation. This can be done in two ways:

  • Using the Move Option: Click the reservation in the Finder view, and then select the Move option in the popup. A new popup will appear, prompting the user to select the desired resource. After selecting the new resource, a confirmation popup will appear, asking the user to confirm whether they want to complete the move.
  • Drag-and-Drop: Alternatively, users can click and drag the reservation in the Finder view. This action will immediately show the confirmation popup.

Important Note: If the reservation is moved to a resource on a different floor, location, or with a different resource type than the original, any services that do not exist in the new resource will be removed.

Deactivated Users Reservation Log Report

A new report, Deactivated Users Reservation Log, has been created to display all reservations that were automatically canceled for users who were deactivated. This report should contain all the reservation data necessary to properly recreate reservations where the deactivated user was the reservation owner.

Future Preset Time Values in Reports

Several reports related to reservations will now include the following "Next" preset time ranges:

  • Next Week
  • Next Month
  • Next Quarter
  • Next Year
  • Next 7 days
  • Next 30 days
  • Next 90 days

Date Range Grouping in My Reservation View

In the My Reservation view, consecutive date ranges that do not have a reservation will now be grouped together. This update makes it easier to identify gaps in your reservation schedule, helping you better manage your available dates and plan for future reservations.

Room Agenda Improvements

Several improvements have been made to Room Agenda, including the ability to add a custom pause duration to the bottom and top of the screen, if the screen is autoscrolling.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the GET reservations/seats/ API call would incorrectly send a 500 error message.
  • Fixed an issue where a synced location removed from a recurring reservation would not always be removed properly.
  • Resolved an issue where, in some cases, Room Signage quick reservations would not sync to a resource calendar.
