Add/Remove Widgets
To add, remove, and customize widgets, follow these steps:
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen to open the Settings menu.

- To add a widget, click on the widget name so that it is highlighted in blue. This indicates that the widget is "on" or visible.
- To remove an existing widget from your dashboard, click on the widget's name so it switches from blue to gray. Gray indicates that the widget is "off" or no longer visible on your dashboard.

About Each Widget
Each widget displays its name, description, and icon. This helps you better understand what information each widget contains and customize a dashboard that is most valuable to you.

Additional Widget Customization

Click the three dots in the top right corner of the dashboard widget to open an additional customization menu.
- Here you can select the sizing, edit the placement, or remove the entire widget from your dashboard if desired.

Choosing Default Map for Dashboard Widgets
The default map is based on the following priorities:
- The map you have set as your default in your settings:

A map where you have a current reservation.
- Parking or locker maps will be ignored. Reservations or assignments for parking spots, lockers, or assets will also be ignored.

A map where you are permitted reserver for a resource.
- If the resource is a parking spot, locker, or asset, it will be ignored.

A map where you have a permanent seating assignment.
- This will exclude parking spots, lockers, and assets.

A map from the location that is your primary location.
- Parking or locker maps will be excluded.
- Priority will be given if there is a company-wide default map. **
- If there isn't a default map set, the most recent map added or saved will be prioritized.

Maps for locations you have access to view.
