Change the Schedule of a Recurring Reservation Series
You can now change the date, time, and recurrence pattern of an existing recurring reservation series. A new permission setting controls who is allowed to make these schedule-level changes. Without it, other series details can still be edited, but the date, time, and recurrence fields remain view-only.
When editing a series, the form opens to the next upcoming occurrence, and updating the date, time, or recurrence pattern applies the change across the whole series. A confirmation step shows exactly which dates will be added, kept, or dropped before you save, so the impact is always clear. For series with a fixed number of occurrences, past occurrences are preserved, and the remaining count adjusts automatically so the series does not add extra dates.
If you change the recurrence pattern, the existing series will end, and a new one will be built with the updated schedule. Any occurrence-level exceptions are reset to the series defaults, though services attached to those occurrences are kept.

External API Support for Cancelled Reservations
We have added an API endpoint that can retrieve cancelled room and seat reservations, using the same filtering options already available for active reservations, including time range, office, map, user, and resource. Each cancelled reservation response also includes who cancelled it and when.
➡️ GET ext/v1/reservations/canceled_rooms
➡️ GET ext/v1/reservations/canceled_seats
Descriptive Export File Names for Reports
Exported report files (CSV and Excel) now include the office or location name and date range the report was run against, right in the file name. This makes it easy to tell downloads apart at a glance, especially when running the same report across multiple offices or date ranges.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where updating an entire recurring reservation series could fail with a scheduling conflict error after a canceled or rescheduled occurrence's time slot had since been booked by a separate reservation.
- Resolved an issue where recurring reservations created on a reservable seat would send the occupant a notification email even when the "Prevent Emails for Assigned Reservable Seats" setting was enabled.
Coming Soon to Maptician!
Maptician Directly in Outlook
We are building a Maptician add-in for Outlook that brings the full power of Maptician's reservation and service request tools directly into the Outlook calendar you are already using. From the Outlook task pane, you will be able to select a location, add attendees, and configure your reservation's services when needed.
