Introducing External Reference Codes

A new way to organize and reference data is now available. With External Reference Codes, administrators can define categories and create flexible code structures to match organizational workflows.

This feature supports both grouped and ungrouped configurations, making it easy to align codes with client, project, or departmental tracking needs.

External Reference Codes can also be added as a field on Service Forms, allowing users to link reservations and service data directly to an external reference code.

Redesigned Lobby Signage Experience

The Lobby Signage application has been completely redesigned with new customization and display options to enhance branding, visibility, and flexibility. Some of the new settings available are:

• Theme & Appearance Settings: Choose from preset accent theme colors: Maptician Blue, Maroon, Forest, and Plum.
• Content Display Settings: Configure signage for either interactive vs. non-interactive.
• Map Context Settings: Add a custom header line.
• Timer Settings: Control the timing of how quickly the map thumbnails will rotate when the display is not being interacted with.
• Logo Management: Upload custom light and dark mode logos to better align signage with your company’s visual identity.

Map Editor - User Visibility for Previous Versions

In the Map Editor, when viewing previous versions of a map, the Modified column now displays which user made a map update. This makes it easier to track and audit changes to map versions.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue in certain custom configurations where walk-in visitors using the delivery option were unable to complete their check-in.
• Improved performance on the Directory > Occupant Directory screen, resulting in faster loading times.
