Features Added

Introducing Seat Signage, which brings the same functionality as Meeting Room Signage to individual seats. This allows organizations to display real-time data for their reservable seats, improving visibility and coordination in flexible seating environments.

Reservation Restrictions by Resource Type per Location

Reservation restrictions for maximum advance reservation time and maximum reservation length are now supported for all resource types. These restrictions can be applied globally across the organization or customized at the location level as needed, providing greater flexibility and control over how resources are reserved.

Automatically Enable Private Reservations by Resource Type

Organizations can now configure specific resource types to have Private Reservation enabled by default. This setting can be managed under Settings > Reservations > Automatically Enable Private Reservations, where you can select the resource types to apply it to. Users still have control and can manually toggle off the private setting during reservation creation if desired.

Updated Calendar Button in Finder and Calendar Views

The calendar button in the Finder and Calendar views now includes an improved hover state. This visual update helps users more clearly identify the button as clickable, improving usability and reducing confusion.

New Room Signage Setting to Disable Reservations via Find Room Tab

A new per-device setting has been added to Room Signage that allows organizations to disable the ability to create reservations directly from the Find Room tab. This provides more control over how users interact with Room Signage, especially in scenarios where users should only be able to schedule reservations for a specific room.

New Reservation Request Activity Report

A new Reservation Request Activity report has been added to support the Room Reservation Requests feature. This report allows both request managers and non-managers, with access to this report, the ability to view submitted room requests across all locations, even those locations they are not directly assigned as a request manager for.

Reservations Without an Owner in Activity Reports

Reservations that do not have an assigned reservation owner, such as those created through Room Signage, will now appear in the Room and Seat Reservation Activity reports. These reservations will display with a blank Created By field, making it easier to track all reservation activity regardless of the source.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where, in some cases, the Restrict Concurrent Reservations setting was no longer working as intended.
  • Fixed an issue where the syncing reservation conflict message was displaying times in the incorrect format.
  • Organizations with special characters in their name will now be able to log into the mobile app.
  • Fixed an issue where some location names in the Finder and Calendar views were not clickable.
  • Resolved an issue where default and automatic settings for the notifications list were not being applied correctly in some cases.
