Epiq Connect has rebranded to Opensity Solutions. As a result, any references in this article may use either name depending on context or timing.
Before You Begin
Before starting, there are a few things you will need:
- Opensity Connect account with Admin access

Obtain the following credentials from Opensity Connect:
- Account System ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Username
- Password
- API Base URL (optional)

Account Admin access to your Maptician environment
- Note: This applies only if you are configuring the integration yourself, without assistance from Maptician.
Add Opensity Connect Credentials in Maptician
- Add your Opensity Connect credentials to your Maptician environment:
Settings > Environment > Opensity Connect Integration -
Start by adding your Opensity Connect credentials:
- Account System ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Opensity Connect Username
- Opensity Connect Password
- API Base URL (optional) - If you would like to use a custom API base URL, enter it here. If left blank, the default value will be used.

- Click the Save Changes button.
- If your credentials are valid, the Last Updated field will update to show the current timestamp in ISO 8601 format (UTC).

Configure Location Names in Maptician
Maptician can associate each of your Locations with a corresponding Opensity Connect Location. To set this up, enter the Opensity Connect Location Short Name for each location.
If a match is found, the corresponding Opensity Location Sys ID will appear below the field to confirm the association was successful.

Configure Service Request List Sync
To enable Opensity Connect integration for a specific Service Request List, simply check the box labeled: Enable Opensity Integration for this Service Request List.
When enabled, any services and automations linked to this notification list will also trigger Opensity-related actions and record creation.
