How do I activate and deactivate a map?

Once you are ready to make a map live and visible to end users, follow the instructions below. The same set of instructions can be used if you are ready to deactivate an old map.

  1. Open the desired map in Map Editor.
  2. Click “Activate Map”.
  1. Save and close the map.
  1. Once the map is activated, you will see a green dot (as opposed to red) before opening the floor in Map Editor. Once a map is activated, it is visible to end users on the Home page, if permissions allow. If you would no longer like a map to be visible on the Home page, follow the above steps except you will click “Deactivate Map” for step
