Profile Profile Image Social User Account

To update your occupant profile, click on your image or image icon towards the top left of the screen. A drop-down menu containing the following options appears: Profile, Profile Image, Social, and Account. Detailed descriptions of what data each section contains are listed below.

Profile

The Profile tab has two subcategories: User Profile and Organization Detail. The User Profile tab is where you can update your preferred name, title, phone number, preferred pronouns, etc. The Organization Detail tab displays your employee ID, department and other relevant organization information.

Profile Image

If permitted by your employer, you may have access to update your own profile image. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click Load Image.
  2. Select an image from your device and confirm upload.
  3. Once loaded, you can rotate the image left or right. You can also click and drag the blue square to crop the photo as desired. Once you are satisfied with your profile image, click Set Image. Then click OK to confirm.

Social

Get to know your colleagues! The Social tab displays fun information about your colleagues that help you get to know more about each other. You can add a link to your LinkedIn profile, a summary of your role at the company, or other information about yourself that you wish to share with your colleagues. 

The Personality Profiles section allows you to enter your results to popular personality tests like the Gallup StrengthsFinder, Myers Briggs Personality Inventory, Enneagram and DISC profile. To add your results:

  1. Click in the box underneath each test name. A list of results appears.
  2. Click to select your own result.
  3. Click Save to save changes.

User Account

The User Account tab contains two pieces of functionality: 1. The ability to update your own password and 2. The ability to close out of all user sessions. For security purposes, we recommend closing out of all user sessions if you suspect you are still logged into Maptician on a publicly accessible device. Note: If you close out of all user sessions, you are logged out of any open sessions on all desktop or mobile devices. Once this action is performed, you will need to log back into Maptician if you wish to gain access again.
