Before You Begin
Before starting, there are a few things you will need:
- Epiq Connect account with Admin access

Obtain the following credentials from Epiq Connect:
- Account System ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Username
- Password
- API Base URL (optional)

Account Admin access to your Maptician environment
- Note: This only applies if you are configuring the integration on your own without assistance from Maptician.
Add Epiq Connect Credentials in Maptician
- Add your Epiq Connect credentials in your Maptician environment:
Settings > Environment > Epiq Connect Integration

Start by adding your Epiq Connection credentials:
- Account System ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Epiq Connect Username
- Epiq Connect Password
- API Base URL (optional) - If you would like to use a custom API base URL, enter it here. If left blank, the default value will be used.

- Click the Save Changes button.
- If your credentials are valid, the Last Updated field will update to show the current timestamp in ISO 8601 format (UTC).

Configure Location Names in Maptician
Maptician can associate each of your Locations with a corresponding Epiq Connect Location. To set this up, enter the Epiq Connect Location Short Name for each location.
If a match is found, the corresponding Epiq Location Sys ID will appear beneath the field as confirmation that the association is successful.

Configure Service Request List Sync
To enable Epiq Connect integration for a specific Service Request List, simply check the box labeled: Enable Epiq Integration for This Service Request List.
When enabled, any services and automations linked to this notification list will also trigger Epiq-related actions and record creation.
